About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative New Product Development Specialist in the fashion category. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and planning fashion models and lines that align with our commitment to promoting children's well-being and healthy development through high-quality products.

Job Description

1. Develop innovative and trendsetting fashion models and lines tailored to kids' healthy development
2. Bring a creative mindset to the development process, contributing unique and appealing ideas that resonate with the target audience
3. Collaborate with external stakeholders, including designers, suppliers, and vendors, to coordinate product development, project timeline and execution
4. Ensure the highest quality standards for all products, conducting rigorous quality checks and implementing improvements as needed
5. Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals
6. Stay updated on kids' fashion trends, health, and educational needs to inform and enhance the development of new products

Requirements

1. Proven experience in developing fashion models or lines, preferably with a focus on children's apparel for at least 3 years
2. Genuine interest and understanding of children's health and educational needs, translating this passion into the development of purposeful and meaningful products.
3. Meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of product development, from conceptualization to production
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
5. A goal-getter person, demonstrated ability to set and achieve project goals within specified timelines
