No experience required! We welcome beginners, but experienced candidates will receive priority consideration.
Job Responsibilities
[Manager]
• Oversee the entire restaurant operation
• Manage staff schedules and training
• Handle sales, cost control, and promotional planning
Working Hours & Days Off
• Operating Hours: 12:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (planned)
• Weekdays: 8 hours on duty (1-hour break included)
• Weekends / Holidays: 9–10 hours on duty (2-hour break included)
• Shift-based system (one day off per week)
• Schedules are subject to adjustment based on actual operational needs
Salary & Benefits
While it may not be as stable as larger companies, we offer opportunities for raises and promotions in line with the restaurant’s growth and your performance.
Allowances: Transportation and meal subsidies are under consideration
Bonus & Incentives: Currently, only the annual THR (holiday bonus) is guaranteed; incentive and raise systems will be introduced as the brand grows
Others: Uniform provided, staff discounts, and meal support
On-the-Job Training with a Japanese Chef and Manager
• Acquire cooking techniques and service manners from scratch
• Learn customer communication and overall restaurant operations
Career Advancement Path
• Depending on your progress and experience, you could be promoted to Assistant Manager → Restaurant Manager
• Potential opportunities to become an Area Manager when we expand to new locations
