Job Description:

1. Responsible for implementing & supporting networking solutions (project/maintenance)
2. Deploying and inspecting IT Network Systems
3. Monitoring the performance and capacity of computer systems
4. Performing regular checks on network hardware and software
5. Responding to network alerts and hardware malfunctions
6. Diagnosing and troubleshooting network errors
7. Tracking and documenting network issues and compiling incident reports
8. Responding to user requests and providing network training
9. Shifting 24x7

Qualifications:

1. Minimum SMK TKJ or D3/S1 from Informatics Engineering/Electrical/Electronic or related discipline
2. Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field
3. Understanding of Network Engineering (TCP/IP, Routing & Switch, Wireless Network, Bridging Network, Security, F5, Fortigate, Aruba)
4. Experience in Network design, concept, and implementation
5. Have CCNA Certificate
