Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for company systems (used primarily by governmental / law enforcement users).
Set up client systems, perform installations, conduct customer training, and deliver technical demonstrations.
Engage in customer-facing activities, primarily in Jakarta area, with domestic travel required approximately 20% of the time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technology field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Note: Strong proficiency in English is mandatory. Please do not apply if your English language skills are not up to standard as all of company staff speak English)
Cellular network knowledge and expertise in GSM/UMTS/LTE parameters
Strong understanding of BTS configurations
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Telecommunications industry as a Radio access network engineer
Minimum of 1 years of experience in Information Technology industry
Must have strong network administration and troubleshooting background along with the ability to perform IT support activities.
Hands-on experience with RF networks
Skill in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with users (primarily in Indonesian government / law enforcement) or internal users. Willingness and ability to respond to issues in a timely manner during off-hours.

Certifications specific to cloud platforms/networking (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Google Professional Cloud Architect, CCNP/IE, COMPTIA+)
