Network Engineer

Full time

A Network Engineer’s role is to plan, implement, and manage the day-to-day support and maintenance of network and core services. Cloud Network Engineers are also responsible for choosing the best cloud expertise and scaling cloud services to meet the increasing demands of businesses.

Job Descriptions:

• Analyze and troubleshoot network customer problems.
• Perform installation and configuration, maintenance.
• Make a technical report regarding the work that has been done.
• Consult with customers to discover growth strategies.
• Resolve any network issue.
• Monitor network performance and utilization.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in System Integrator, Cloud Provider, or IT Managed Service Company.
• Deep knowledge in network routing, switching, security, wireless, and voice (Cisco).
• Hands-on implementing products from CISCO, Ruckus, Huawei, and Forti.
• Experience with Monitoring Systems, either on Zabbix, Grafana, Manage Engine, Nagios, Network Analyzer, or Cacti.
• Preferred to have an understanding of Network Virtualization (VMware / HyperV development and operation).
• Proactive, team player, with good English and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with network protocols and services such as TCP/IP, DNS, proxies, and DHCP.
• Solid understanding of protocols, devices, commands, topologies, methodologies, and best practices in networking.
• Ability to handle network vulnerabilities.
• Hold CCNA certificate, NSE 3-4 or equivalent is a must.
• Working location: KAWARACI, TANGERANG.
