Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration & support maintenance/project.
• Installation, integration, and migration for project implementation.
• At least 1 year of network equipment operation and maintenance experience.
• Collaborate with team members and various groups to identify and develop scalable network designs, solutions, and policy recommendations.
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining network/server systems such as switches, routers, etc.
• Ensure continued smooth operation of the network infrastructure, minimizing network downtime and the effects of downtime on users by scheduling needed maintenance or upgrades to provide minimal disruption of service.
• Proactively monitor and analyze network performance to detect and resolve issues, and perform stringent network testing before implementing solutions.
• Manage the implementation of network solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Knowledge or experience in SD-WAN technology would be an advantage.
• Troubleshooting and reporting for network issues both software and hardware.
• Confident in communicating in English and Bahasa.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ working experience; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge and experience with network or security equipment (Cisco/Huawei/Juniper/Palo Alto Networks/Fortinet, etc.).
• Knowledge in networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Layer, Subnetting, Routing, Switching, NAT).
• Valid certification of any kind of Network/Security Associate certification (Huawei, Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, F5, Fortinet) is a MUST; professional certification is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting 24x7.
