Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

At least 1 year of work experience in a relevant field.

Technical Skills:

  1. Demonstrated ability in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance.
  2. Proven knowledge and experience in secure system design, configuring and managing security devices, security monitoring, and implementing cybersecurity prevention measures to protect critical infrastructure.
  3. Proficiency in managing and maintaining Linux and Windows servers, ensuring system stability, security, and efficient performance.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge in implementing and managing virtualization technologies, such as VMware and Hyper-V, to enhance resource utilization and system scalability.
  5. Practical experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) for scalable and flexible infrastructure management.
  6. Solid understanding of the capital market and its technology requirements, enabling effective support for operational systems related to trading and exchanges.

Soft Skills:

  1. Strong problem-solving skills to quickly resolve technical issues and ensure minimal downtime.
  2. Clear communicator, able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms for all audiences.
  3. Natural collaborator who fosters a positive, team-oriented environment.
  4. Adaptable in fast-paced environments, staying calm and focused while embracing new technologies.
  5. Detail-oriented, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standards.
  6. Passionate about technology and committed to continuous learning and growth.

General Requirements:

  • Minimum GPA min. 3.00 out of 4.00
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English (verbal and written)
  • Knowledge of Capital Market is a plus
