About the role:
The National Technical Manager (NTM) is responsible for leading the technical operations across multiple entertainment venues. This strategic role ensures high operational efficiency, maintenance standards, and seamless guest experiences. Reporting to the National CEO, the NTM collaborates with various departments to maintain and enhance the performance of games and attractions while driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
Policy and Standard Implementation:
Enforce key policies on safety, maintenance, fault management, spare parts, and new game setups.Inventory and Parts Management:
Utilize data-driven approaches to manage parts inventory and minimize downtime.Team Leadership:
Oversee the daily operations of technical teams, ensuring effective task allocation, performance monitoring, and support.Project Management:
Plan, budget, and execute technical projects, including new game setups, aligning with strategic goals.Recruitment and Development:
Recruit, train, and manage the performance of technical staff across venues and headquarters.Performance Analysis:
Conduct game performance reviews and reliability analysis to ensure operational excellence.Reporting:
Provide updates on technical operations and projects to key stakeholders.Interdepartmental Collaboration:
