Position: National Sales Representative/Manager Great Jakarta region only Employment Type: Full-time
Job description:
Implement sales and marketing strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research, including market environment, competitors, distributor evaluation and suggest strategies for local market.
Approach and establish good relationships with all customers: Consistently track sales based on business opportunities, sales leads and quotations.
Develop and maintain strong “key opinion leader (KOL)” networks and relationships.
Develop long-lasting relationships with qualified distributors: Manage the development and delivery of all targeted sales by developing business and distribution partners in the target region.
Work with distributors to implement marketing plans to promote sales in the region.
Support local distributors to make product presentations to customers.
Motivate and train distributors to meet company requirements.
Attend marketing activities, e.g. exhibitions, congresses, seminars, and workshops for brand promotion.
Capable of handling other tasks when assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, major in any discipline, preferably Biomedical, Business, Marketing, Nursing or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience (preferable in medical sector, surgical equipment).
Indonesian: native speaker, proficient in written and spoken English.
Strong commercial and business awareness.
Excellent communicator and presenter.
Good at using social media, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
