The National Operations Manager (NOM) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of MIT’s chemical logistics business across Indonesia.
This role includes managing the ISO Tank Container fleet and Flexitanks, depot operations, transportation, regulatory compliance, and customer service functions.
The NOM will drive operational excellence, ensure service reliability, and implement efficiency improvements while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 5 years in logistics, with expertise in ISO Tank Container management, Flexitank management, chemical transportation, and customer service operations.
Strong understanding of fleet management, depot operations, booking coordination, and documentation requirements.
Experience in hazardous materials transportation and international safety standards.
Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Experience with logistics software, fleet tracking, and customer service management tools.
Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
