National Operations Manager

Job Overview

• The National Operations Manager (NOM) is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of MIT’s chemical logistics business across Indonesia.
• This role includes managing the ISO Tank Container fleet and Flexitanks, depot operations, transportation, regulatory compliance, and customer service functions.
• The NOM will drive operational excellence, ensure service reliability, and implement efficiency improvements while maintaining high safety and compliance standards.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years in logistics, with expertise in ISO Tank Container management, Flexitank management, chemical transportation, and customer service operations.
• Strong understanding of fleet management, depot operations, booking coordination, and documentation requirements.
• Experience in hazardous materials transportation and international safety standards.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams across multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience with logistics software, fleet tracking, and customer service management tools.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
