Your Role

As a Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care operations for sea logistics, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. You will manage a large team and leverage your strong export knowledge to drive business growth and excellence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the customer care team, ensuring prompt and effective handling of customer inquiries and issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage Import export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with sales and logistics teams to streamline export processes and resolve any issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the customer care team, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
  • Mentor and support team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all export documentation is accurate and compliant with international shipping regulations.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory laws and procedures.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to sea logistics operations, including transportation, logistics systems, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve customer care operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align goals and strategies.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics industry, with a strong focus on export operations.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and lead a large team, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of sea logistics, export procedures, and international trade regulations.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
