Multimedia Specialist Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and edit videos/photos to tell compelling and visually pleasing stories while maintaining brand guidelines and identity.
• Assist in producing IGTV/YouTube content, short video campaigns, event documentation (photo/video), and product/lifestyle photoshoots.
• Occasionally lead small-scale productions independently.
• Operate and maintain digital cameras, sound equipment (mic/clip-on), and lighting systems during shoots.
• Set up and dismantle recording equipment, ensuring all safety protocols (e.g., taping down cables) are followed.
• Ensure all video and audio equipment remains in good working order, coordinating repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Edit and refine multimedia content using professional software to ensure quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts for digital campaigns.
• Capture real-time photo/video content at events as needed.
• Ensure event documentation aligns with the brand's visual standards.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Design, Film Production, or related fields.
• At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in multimedia production (photography and videography).
• Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and audio editing tools.
• Skilled in photo editing using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with basic sound design and lighting setups for professional shoots.
• Strong attention to detail to produce precise edits and stage aesthetically pleasing scenes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• A team player with good interpersonal skills who can work collaboratively in a creative environment.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and adapt to various scenarios (fieldwork, on-site events, studio productions).
• Familiarity with social media trends and platform-specific content creation techniques.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or 3D animation is a plus
