MT Production Engineer

About the role

As a full-time MT Production Engineer at PT Asahimas Flat Glass Tbk, you will play a crucial role in the company's manufacturing operations in Cikampek, West Java. Responsible for overseeing the production process, you will ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. What you'll be doing

• Monitoring and optimizing the production process to maximize efficiency and output
• Identify and resolve production-related issues to maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with in and cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain detailed records of production data
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of new products and production methods

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production engineering or process improvement role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and process optimization
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in using production management software and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Willing to work in shift in field jobs
