Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer at BCI Central (Powered by Hubexo), you will be part of our creative team, supporting a wide range of design needs across the company. From crafting engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics to producing impactful video content, you will help bring our initiatives to life. This role plays a key part in creating visuals that inform, inspire, and connect our people—enhancing internal communications and driving creative excellence.

What Will You Do:

1. Create visual communications that effectively convey messages in a visually appealing and on-brand manner.
2. Source, create, and manage multimedia assets including camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, music, graphics, motion graphics/animations, and special effects.
3. Perform a full range of editing tasks such as splicing, sound balancing, color correction, and color grading.
4. Design and produce custom animations for a variety of internal projects.
5. Create static designs and graphic assets to support internal communications and presentations.
6. Edit and refine content to deliver a seamless, high-quality final product.
7. Continuously explore and implement new editing technologies and industry best practices to enhance creative output and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Motion Graphics and Video Editing.
2. Proven ability to deliver high-quality animations and video content with a strong supporting portfolio.
3. Proficient in digital technology and industry-standard software including Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Final Cut.
4. Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, storytelling, and visual continuity.
5. Hands-on experience with special effects, keyframing, compositing, and 3D motion graphics.
6. Meticulous attention to detail with a creative, innovative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
7. Highly organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
8. Positive attitude with strong communication and collaboration skills.
9. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
