Monetisation Manager- TyrRewards (Remote)

Position Overview:

TyrRewards is seeking an experienced and results-driven Monetization Manager specializing in incentive-based ad campaigns to support our global expansion. This role focuses on optimizing offerwall campaigns within our app, analyzing user behavior throughout the monetization funnel, and maximizing revenue while ensuring positive retention impact. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience optimizing engagement-driven monetization strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and key partners to achieve campaign goals, improve monetization strategies, and bring innovation to our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Offerwall Campaign & Funnel Optimization:

• Develop and execute strategies to optimize offerwall placements and performance within the TyrRewards app.
• Monitor and analyze offerwall metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to enhance offerwall effectiveness.
• Work closely with the product and data teams to improve user experience across the monetization funnel and ensure a seamless ad integration process.
• Assess user flow through the offerwall funnel, identifying drop-off points and optimizing the journey to maximize engagement and revenue.
  
  
  

Monetization Strategy & Retention Impact:

• Balance monetization goals with user retention by ensuring that incentive-based ad placements do not negatively impact long-term engagement.
• Use data-driven insights to understand how offerwall interactions influence user lifetime value (LTV) and retention rates.
• Experiment with different offerwall placements, ad formats, and engagement triggers to drive conversions without disrupting the core app experience.
• Identify and evaluate new monetization opportunities that align with overall business objectives and user satisfaction.
  
  
  

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze and interpret data to assess the performance of offerwall campaigns and their impact on retention and revenue.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track monetization KPIs, user conversion rates, and offerwall effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed revenue and performance reports for internal stakeholders, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  
  
  

Skills & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in incentive-based ad monetization, specifically with offerwall and rewarded promotion campaigns.
• Strong understanding of monetization funnels and their impact on user engagement and retention.
• Proven track record in managing multiple monetization strategies and optimizing revenue streams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large data sets to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
