MIS & Data Analytics Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing robust data analytics solutions to support MIS reporting and analysis
• Gathering, cleansing, and analysing complex data sets from various sources to uncover meaningful insights
• Designing and delivering impactful data visualisations and dashboards to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address key business challenges through data-driven solutions
• Continuously improving analytics models and processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of MIS reporting
• Providing expert guidance and technical support to business users on data-related matters
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role

• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with financial industry regulations and data governance best practices

• Understanding of database management, data modelling, and data visualisation techniques
