Mine Surveyor Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate daily mine surveying activities.
• Conduct topographic and underground surveys using specialized equipment (e.g., GPS, total stations, drones, and laser scanners).
• Prepare and verify mine plans, maps, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with engineers, geologists, and mining teams to provide accurate survey data.
• Train and mentor junior surveyors and field staff.
• Maintain and calibrate survey equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Report any discrepancies in surveying data that may impact mining operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Geodetic, Geomatics, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mine surveying, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Certifications:
  • Juru Ukur Tambang
  • POP/POM
• Proficiency in survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Surpac, or similar).
• Proficiency in Mapping Equipment (Drone, Waterpass, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, RTK).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in survey data collection.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Physical & Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of mining safety protocols.
