Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00
Min 3 years of experience in a Law Firm
Highly developed analytical skills, and the ability to proffer well-grounded and practical solutions
Preferably holding an advocate license
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
Reliable, resilient, able to work under pressure and ambiguity while preserving attention to details
Provide legal services, including advisory, agreement drafting, agreement reviewing, and legal analysis.
Provide assistance to support Senior Associates such as preparing and drafting transaction documents, conducting legal due diligence exercises, and preparing draft legal advice and legal memorandums.
Handle a broad range of general legal matters, legal documents filing, and administration when required.
Any other associates duties that may be required.
