Job description

- Manage, configure, and maintain related to Microsoft Environment

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users related to M365 issues

- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, and other core infrastructure components.

- Deliver documentation related to Microsoft products for monthly reports

- Coordinate with Microsoft principal teams to deliver solutions (if escalation needed)

- Create and update technical documentation for IT staff and end-users related to Microsoft products

Specifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years experience in Microsoft Exchange, O365 AD

- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Active Directory, Active Directory Security, Azure AD, O365, SQL Server, Windows Server

- Certification (Optional): MCSA, MCSE, or relevant Microsoft certifications.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
