MICE Specialist (Tour Agent)

As a MICE Specialist (Private Group) at Ascenta Tour, you will work closely with our incentive team to create suitable tour packages for our clients' private/incentive groups, catered to their preferences and satisfaction. This is a full-time onsite role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or higher from relevant majors, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management or equivalent fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in the travel industry, preferably in tour product specialist, product development, sales and marketing department.
3. Deep knowledge of travel destinations, activities, and tours across Asia and Europe.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate clearly and engage with clients, vendors, suppliers, and partners in an effective and professional manner.
7. Self-starter with a growth mindset, proactivity, customer-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
8. Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
9. Passionate about travel and tourism, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry.
