Job Description:
Overseeing and directing performance of the reservation sales team for MICE, Group Operation.
Managing individual and team performance to meet sales quotas (manage emails related to MICE groups and Leisure Groups inquiries to ensure that all leads are addressed).
Assess the requirements and the competition for each group lead before sending a proposal to the client.
Manage client's incentive trips, meeting, event, and group travel requirements.
Coordinate and manage extensive travel logistics, accommodation, transfers, and ancillary services.
Coordinate and negotiate budgets and source appropriate venues/destinations specific to the client's needs.
Working with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to develop various plans and itineraries.
Coordinate both with business partners, agents overseas, and suppliers on booking arrangements and quotations.
Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Recruiting and letting go of sales representatives.
Analyzing real-time and past data to improve performance levels.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding service.
Ability to think outside the box in creating and presenting new ideas and proposals.
