ABOUT THE ROLE
The functions of merchandise management are to identify customer demand, find product to meet that demand, and maximize productivity of the product.
Location - Gandaria, South Jakarta
Reporting - Director

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing data to identify issues and provide actionable advice to the merchandising team.
• Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans.
• Forecasting profits and sales, optimizing sales volume and profitability of designated product areas.
• Aware of market research trends with other brands.
• Controlling stock levels based on seasonal forecasts.
• Analyzing bestsellers (e.g., best-selling price points, tastes, colors, or styles) to ensure they reach their full potential.
• Reviewing previous season's sales and reporting on current season's lines.
• Identifying production and supply difficulties and addressing problems or delays as they arise.
• Collaborating with other departments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a planner, buyer, business analyst, data analyst, inventory analyst, merchandiser, or assistant buyer (at least 4 years).
• Required skills: Data Analytics, Retail, Merchandising.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proven working experience in merchandising in a similar role.
• Preferably have related experience in Retail F&B / FMCG.
• Ability to run Microsoft Excel is a must.
