MEP Project Manager

Summary:
The role is expected to oversee design, construction, schedule, cost, and all other aspects of quality for MEP matters; provide appropriate direction to the team based on regulations, business practices, trends and raise issues arising as the project progresses with shareholders or board of directors to get approval in a timely manner; communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders such as investment, sales & marketing, business partners, government, and clients to have a clear vision of their requirements and work together to establish the master plan.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, construction management or equivalent.
2. 5-8 years of experience in MEP design, installation, and construction management, hands-on experience in managing complex construction projects in MNC developers or contractors as MEP engineers will be preferred.
3. In-depth knowledge of MEP systems and good knowledge of market building standards, regulation, and trends.
4. Able to plan, schedule and oversee all phases of the MEP construction process, and manage project budgets, minimizing the costs.
5. Able to identify, analyze, and mitigate the risks related to the MEP aspects of the project.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for liaising with clients, project stakeholders, international consultants, contractors, and other team members.
7. Good knowledge of MEP-specific design tools such as AutoCAD, BIM etc.
8. Strong attention to detail, responsible and able to handle multiple tasks, adaptability to changing project requirements.
