Summary:
The role is expected to oversee design, construction, schedule, cost, and all other aspects of quality for MEP matters; provide appropriate direction to the team based on regulations, business practices, trends and raise issues arising as the project progresses with shareholders or board of directors to get approval in a timely manner; communicate closely with internal and external project stakeholders such as investment, sales & marketing, business partners, government, and clients to have a clear vision of their requirements and work together to establish the master plan.
