Job Description:

• Handling medical underwriting cases
• Ensure the pending UW cases are well maintained within SLA
• Coordinate with sales/distribution team

Preferred Skills:

• Good in problem solving
• Manage well team
• Good communication and approachable

Qualifications:

• Experienced in MUW for at least 5 years
• Has medical background is preferred
• Familiar with referral process
• No issues with pressure and month-end processes

Responsibilities:

• Manage team members
• Center of referral
• Communicate well with distribution team
• Able to train and socialize with sales team
