About the Job:

We are seeking a highly qualified Medical Service Manager to lead our client's fertility clinic operations. The ideal candidate will have a Doctor of Medicine degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the fertility clinic, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency, patient care, and quality of services.
• Collaborate with fertility specialists, nurses, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including patient outcomes and satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage financial aspects of the clinic, including budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate staff training and development to maintain high levels of professional competence in fertility treatments and patient care.
• Ensure effective communication within the clinic team and across departments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in fertility treatments, technologies, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a fertility clinic or reproductive health setting.
• Strong knowledge of fertility treatments (IVF, IUI), healthcare regulations, accreditation, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in managing budgets, financial planning, and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
