The opportunity
We are looking for someone who is skilled in implementing, conducting, and managing sales & marketing activities to achieve KPI targets within company regulations, company policy, and QEHS.
How you’ll spend your day
- Visit and perform detailing to Healthcare Professionals to develop and maintain good relationships with medical communities and support Actavis products in medical institutions. Always keep updated with related data to ensure product awareness and existence.
- Maintain and keep updated with medical and product knowledge to increase Actavis product awareness and ensure the ability to deliver appropriate product information.
- Have a deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement them in marketing program activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, product availability, and coordinate with distributors to ensure marketing program effectiveness.
- When required, work with Medical Affairs to continue and follow up on HCP complaints related to drug safety monitoring and assist the QA department in following up on customer complaints related to product quality to ensure Actavis product quality and improve customer services.
- Ensure compliance with QEHS procedures, regulations, and company policy.
Your experience and qualifications
- D3 (Diploma) / S1 (Bachelor’s Degree) preferably from a reputable university in any discipline.
- 2-3 years of experience as a medical sales representative with ethical products handled.
- Familiarity with the Lampung area.
- Basic English and computer literacy.
