What You’ll Do:

• Create New Business – Develop and execute strategies to expand market reach, acquire new clients, and enhance revenue streams.
• Client Account Management – Oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports, KPIs, presentations, and strategic recommendations.
• Business Growth & Strategy – Identify new business opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
• Relationship Building – Serve as a trusted advisor, maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Sales & Business Development – Create detailed business plans, present products and services to potential clients, and negotiate contracts.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• At least 3 years of working experience in an outdoor advertising agency or outdoor media with a proven track record.
• Male/Female Max 30 y.o.
• At least 2 years of experience in media sales, account management, business development, or a related role.
• Have a good relationship with advertisers (brand owners), advertising agencies, media.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Passionate about media, marketing, and client management.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• High energy, confident, resourceful, and target-oriented.
• Flexible, result-driven, and able to work independently to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
