Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum education is required to have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and engineering.
• Proficiency in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and preventive maintenance concepts.
• Ability to analyze data and use Google Suite (Google Forms, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio) for reporting.
• Strong planning, coordination, and communication skills.
• Understanding of HVAC and electrical systems for building maintenance, as well as the ability to manage budgets and operational costs.

Job Description:

• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure the reliability of machines and equipment.
• Design and manage periodic and preventive maintenance systems to prevent damage and improve efficiency.
• Analyze and process preventive maintenance data using Google Sheets and Google Data Studio.
• Supervise maintenance projects for buildings, HVAC, and electrical systems, including budget planning and cost control.
• Coordinate with users and engineers to ensure smooth maintenance operations and compliance with standards.
• Control maintenance costs, including labor, materials, and accommodation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on job order achievements, preventive maintenance, and progress of Red Tag and Breakdown tasks.
