Mechanical Engineer - Workshop - Cikarang - WFO - (ID : 669544)

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up and calibrate machines for different production runs, ensuring proper alignment, tooling, and setup for optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure optimal functionality.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on lathe, milling, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment, diagnosing problems and implementing solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure that production schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Report on machine performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during production.

Job Requirements:

• Have more than 2 years’ experience in a Mechanical Engineering position in the manufacturing or workshop industry.
• Hold a diploma and Bachelor degree from a related major.
• Willing to do an overseas business trip.
• Hold a SIM A license.
• Able to operate lathe, milling, and drill machines.
• Have skills in 3D Drawing.
• Understand Pneumatic & Hydraulic systems.
