Mechanical Engineer

Full time

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical installation and commissioning of corrugated machines, including steam piping assembling & supervising.
• Troubleshooting and maintenance of corrugated machines at customer site.
• Start-up the machines and train customers regarding operation, maintenance, and spare parts knowledge.
• Advising/recommending spare parts, maintenance, and other service products to customers.
• Installation, commissioning, and service for corrugators and rolls.
• Support BHS internal staff on service daily business, such as spare parts issues, machine problem advice, upgrades, and so on.
• Prepare reports according to department regulations.
• Maintain relationships with customers.
• Other duties and tasks assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

1. Mechanical engineering background, bachelor’s or diploma degree.
2. 2-3 years of field experience in maintenance/troubleshooting of heavy-duty machines.
3. Willingness to travel frequently.
4. Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings and plant layouts, with basic skills in pneumatic/hydraulic system operations.
5. Ability to work under pressure; committed, dedicated, and conscientious.
