Job description

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. S1 in Marketing, Business, Fashion Retail, or related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in managing e-commerce or marketplace platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify).
  3. Strong knowledge of online retail, digital marketing, and SEO techniques.
  4. Experience with baby and kids fashion is highly preferred.
  5. Proficient in using data analytics tools to track sales performance and optimize listings.
  6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  7. Creating concepts and ideas for digital content.
  8. Familiarity with inventory management systems and order fulfillment processes.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

Job Description:

  1. Marketplace Management:
    Create, manage, and optimize product listings across various online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify).
    Ensure all product information (descriptions, sizes, colors, pricing, etc.) is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent across platforms.
    Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
    Stay updated on marketplace policies and trends to ensure compliance with each platform's guidelines.
  2. Inventory & Order Management:
    Coordinate with the internal team to ensure inventory levels are accurate and updated across all platforms.
    Monitor stock levels, place reorders when necessary, and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
    Manage order fulfillment processes, including handling returns, refunds, and customer service inquiries.
  3. Revenue Growth:
    Develop strategies to drive revenue and sales growth for the baby and kids fashion category.
    Optimize product listings using SEO techniques to improve visibility and ranking on marketplaces.
    Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotions, discounts, and ad campaigns aimed at increasing sales.
    Analyze marketplace data and generate reports on sales performance, identifying key opportunities and areas for improvement.
  4. Content & Visual Merchandising:
    Ensure product images, descriptions, and content are visually appealing and optimized for each marketplace.
    Work closely with the creative and design teams to produce high-quality product photography and descriptions.
    Regularly update seasonal collections, promotions, and product assortments to reflect current fashion trends in baby and kids clothing.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback on various marketplaces in a timely and professional manner.
    Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or product quality.
    Implement strategies to improve customer experience, increase positive reviews, and reduce returns.
  6. Advertising & Promotion:
    Manage marketplace advertising campaigns (Shopee, Tiktok, Shopify, etc.) to drive traffic and sales.
    Track ad performance and ROI, making data-driven decisions on optimizing ad spend and targeting.
    Develop strategies for organic growth and paid advertising to increase brand visibility on key platforms.

Additional Skills:
Creative mindset with an eye for fashion trends in baby and kids apparel.
Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising tools (Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, Tiktok, Shopify).
