Marketing Support Jr. Manager

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Management / Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing Support (preferably from Beauty Retail or Lifestyle brands, FMCG).
• Independent, strong leadership, self-motivated, able to work well under pressure, team builder, fast learner and enjoy lifestyle & beauty products (perfume, cosmetics & personal care).
• Strong analytical, data analysis, market research and conceptual thinking, dynamic, creative & innovative but yet result oriented.
• Understand the Brand Management (marketing mix, positioning, launch, research, budget and competition).
• Proficient with MS Office Excel, Internet application.
• Project Management with attention to detail, highly organized & imaginative.
• Ability to work independently or with minimal guidance.

Job Responsibility:

• Weekly & monthly retail performance data update.
• Support Brand Manager for market trend, customer behavior & competitor monitoring on developing marketing plan.
• Collaborate with other related departments, such as Brand, operation, IT, finance, and creative team.
• Execute promotional events and in-store activities to increase traffic & the shopping experience.
