Our client is a manufacturer with main products including carpets, rugs, mats, tiles, and yarns.

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Support professional to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that will provide support to our marketing department and assist with various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
3. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, print).
4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Help maintain and update the company website and social media platforms.
6. Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
7. Coordinate and attend industry events and trade shows.
8. Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
2. 2-3 years of experience in a marketing support role.
3. Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
4. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
6. Experience with social media management and digital marketing tools.
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
