About the role

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this full-time Marketing Supervisor role is responsible for overseeing marketing and communications activities for the Surabaya area at PT Sumitomo Mitsui Finance Leasing - Indonesia. You will play a key part in driving the company's marketing strategy and executing impactful campaigns to support the growth objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company's products and services in the Surabaya region
• Manage a team of marketing executives to ensure timely delivery of all marketing activities
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners to support marketing initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance the company's marketing efforts
• Manage relationship with suppliers (Heavy Equipment/Truck/Medical/IT/etc.)
• Negotiate and get deals from suppliers/current portfolio
• Preparing credit application, reviewing team application
• Assisting teamwork and monitor credit process
• Reporting

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing of Finance or Leasing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing and motivating a team of marketing professionals
• Male / Female with min. 30 years old
• Has a portfolio of customers in Heavy Equipment/Truck
• Has understanding of Leasing Business
• Able to do Financial Analysis and writing report skill
