• Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies for both e-commerce and offline stores.
• Responsible for all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media campaigns.
• Formulate loyalty members reward scheme and program.
• To bring new and creative ideas for marketing events and themes throughout year.
• To lead and supervise teams including of graphic design, social media, visual merchandise, performance marketing, content marketing.
• Collaborate with store operation, e-commerce and merchandise to achieve targeted performance for both e-commerce and offline stores.
• Identify trends and insight, and optimize initiatives accordingly.

Requirement :

• Minimum 5 years relevant experiences preferably from retail industry especially in Groceries / Supermarket.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field from top university.
• Deep understanding on digital marketing such as SEO/SEM, digital ads, email marketing and social media with proven track record.
• Savvy with current trends in social media and possessed knowledge in omnichannel retail.
• Strong in analytical, business minded and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Work comfortably with numbers and data to support hypothesis and decisions.
