Craft and refine brand messaging to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, from advertisements to customer service interactions.
Direct content strategy and social media initiatives to engage with audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer loyalty.
Collaborate with design, content, and digital teams to develop brand assets, visual identity, and marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.
Identify strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to expand brand reach and create authentic connections with target audiences.
Analyze brand performance metrics, consumer feedback, and market trends to evaluate the effectiveness of branding strategies.
Requirements:
Min. 2 years of marketing experience, including team leadership, preferably in home living industry, mom/baby products, or other D2C brand.
Proven ability to drive sales through creative and data-driven marketing.
Experience in partnerships, digital marketing, and event activations.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Independent with an entrepreneurial mindset and high initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.
