Marketing Strategist (Growth and Digital focused) - Sports Tech Startup
Ayo is looking for an experienced marketing strategist to join our team! As a marketing executive, you will be responsible for the growth in Ayo's user base and reach through marketing activities.
Job Description includes:
- Design, develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness of Ayo, drive new user registrations and increase the rate of active users.
- Plan and implement online and offline advertising campaigns.
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as social media posts, brochures and adverts.
- Review work progress of in-house or external creative team.
- Write press releases and marketing copies for both online and offline campaigns.
- Run the company’s social media channels (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
- Build relationships with Ayo's key users and communities to increase their traction on Ayo.
- Participate in sport community events as needed to build relationships with the community.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition.
- Monitor progress of marketing campaigns using appropriate metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Work with internal sales and operation teams to run campaigns to increase sales.
- Prepare and present sponsorship decks to clients.
Required Skill:

- Experience in Marketing (Digital and Offline).
- Experience in using Online Ads (Instagram, Facebook, Google, TikTok).
- Team player and self-starter (Independent).
- Innovative and Creative.
- Active in sports is a plus.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
