Job description

This role is focused on driving brand awareness and expanding the online distribution channels for our private label General Trade products. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEO, TikTok marketing, and other digital marketing strategies to enhance visibility, grow our digital presence, and generate leads. The role requires a strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to campaign execution and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
SEO Management:

  1. Conduct keyword research to identify SEO opportunities and optimize web content for search engine visibility.
  2. Implement on-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and user experience.
  3. Monitor website performance through Google Analytics and other SEO tools, making recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all content and web pages.
TikTok Marketing:
  1. Create and execute TikTok strategies to drive brand awareness and increase engagement for private label products.
  2. Develop creative, engaging, and trend-driven TikTok video content that resonates with target audiences.
  3. Track and analyze TikTok campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize reach and ROI.
  4. Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
Market Development:
  1. Identify new digital marketing channels and strategies to expand the online distribution of private label products.
  2. Work closely with the sales and business development teams to align marketing campaigns with overall market expansion goals.
  3. Collaborate with e-commerce platforms and distributors to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
Content Creation and Distribution:
  1. Develop creative assets, including images, videos, and copy, tailored to different online platforms (TikTok, website, social media, etc.).
  2. Manage content calendar and ensure consistent content distribution across all relevant channels.
  3. Coordinate with influencers and online communities to amplify product awareness.
Analytics and Reporting:
  1. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of SEO, TikTok, and other digital marketing campaigns.
  2. Utilize data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
  3. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the leadership team on key metrics and performance.
Brand Awareness:
  1. Develop strategies to increase brand visibility across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, and social media marketing (preferably in e-commerce, consumer goods, or private label industries).
  3. Proven experience in executing successful TikTok marketing campaigns.
  4. Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and social media analytics platforms.
  5. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
  6. Experience in developing digital content across multiple formats (video, blogs, graphics).
Skills and Competencies:
  1. Excellent communication and writing skills.
  2. Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to marketing.
  3. Creative thinking with the ability to innovate and adapt to new trends.
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Desirable:
  1. Experience in managing private label products or working in the General Trade sector.
  2. Familiarity with additional digital marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube).
  3. Basic understanding of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
