MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with internal teams to promote our products across digital and traditional marketing channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to promote our furniture products across various platforms.
2. Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
3. Create and oversee content marketing strategies, including blog posts, product descriptions, and social media posts.
4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling advertisements, brochures, and digital content.
5. Analyze market trends and customer insights to adjust marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
6. Build relationships with influencers, interior designers, and industry professionals to enhance brand exposure.
7. Track and measure the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. Proven experience as a marketing specialist or similar role, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry.
3. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
4. Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
5. Creative thinking with an eye for design and branding.
