Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling messages targeted at owners of pharmacies, clinics, and pharma distributors, aligning with various internal teams, and executing digital community & content marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Report directly to the CEO
2. Craft messages that resonate with potential customers (owners of pharmacies, clinics, and pharma distributors)
3. Align marketing efforts with other teams (Sales/BD, CX, Product Development, Operations)
4. Plan and develop campaign & content strategies

1. Organize events such as webinars
2. Maintain company website
3. Set up, monitor, and evaluate Meta and Google Ads
4. Develop content (both independently and in collaboration with agencies/freelancers)

1. Strong strategic understanding of the market for SME tech
2. Excellent copywriting skills
3. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other teams
5. Proficiency in basic graphic design tools (Figma or Canva) and video editing
6. Curious about healthcare services, retail, and distribution
7. 3-4 years of experience in tech marketing
