About the role

Our group restaurant is looking for a dynamic and talented Marketing & Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Kuta, Lombok.

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective digital and social media strategies to drive engagement and growth for our diverse client portfolio.

What you'll be doing

1. Developing and implementing comprehensive social media marketing plans to increase brand awareness and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
2. Managing the day-to-day content creation, scheduling, and community engagement for our clients' social media channels.
3. Monitoring and analysing social media performance, providing insightful reports and recommendations to optimise campaigns.
4. Collaborating with the creative and content teams to develop engaging, on-brand digital marketing assets.
5. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to inform successful digital marketing strategies.
6. Assisting with the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
7. Serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance to clients on effective social media and digital marketing approaches.

What we're looking for

1. 2-5 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media management role, preferably within an agency environment.
2. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform content and campaign optimisation.
5. Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
6. Familiarity with search engine optimisation (SEO) and online advertising best practices.
7. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
