Job description
Responsibilities:
Create effective campaigns and activities for each Tempo Scan brand on each e-commerce platform.
Responsible for activity development and implementation for each product category.
Monitor every activity and report the sales achievement to the brand team.
Create activities for the brand that drive sales in Tempostore.
Negotiate with every e-commerce platform to obtain the most effective digital marketing value for each brand's sales achievement.
Responsible for product listings in internal systems and e-commerce sites, including product photos, prices, and descriptions.
Prepare monthly sales reports.
Analyze digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
Create sales forecasts for the next 3-4 months.
Develop and direct the team to achieve sales goals.
Capable of operating and analyzing seller centers or marketing solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major from a reputable university.
Minimum 6 years of experience managing online/e-commerce business in an e-commerce platform/enabler company, preferably managing beauty/FMCG products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to take initiative, be independent, and collaborate with a variety of people and organizations.
Detail-oriented with good analytical thinking.
Result-oriented with strong leadership skills.
