Marketing Sales Support Manager / Sales Force Effectiveness Manager
About the Job
This role will be responsible for planning, analyzing, & monitoring the Marketing Country team in implementing the Basic Operation process to support the achievement of predetermined sales & growth.
What is your responsibility:
- Responsible for Basic Operation (BASO), Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), and Incentive Initiatives, Implementation, develop, and maintenance system and dashboard
- Develop sustainable SFE SOP and KPIs including SFE governance
- Lead automation process SFE and incentive reports by collaborating with IT and other departments from countries or SBU
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales Team in HO and Countries on developing effective marketing and sales strategy related to SFE Initiative, SFE data analysis, monitoring sales and marketing strategy of each teams in countries
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Apothecary, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry
- Experience managing projects and initiatives that drive sales performance.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Willing to travel overseas
- Placement: Pulomas, East Jakarta
