Job Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage reinsurance treaty portfolios or technical reinsurance placement
2. Build strong relationships with clients and reinsurance companies
3. Develop effective reinsurance treaty placement strategies
4. Analyze risks and implement appropriate strategies to reduce risk
5. Oversee the maintenance of existing reinsurance treaty portfolios and ensure compliance with regulations and policies
6. Expand the client base by building new business relationships
7. Maintain good relationships with reinsurer and insurance companies in Indonesia
