The Marketing Recruiter for Nursing/CHP will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified nursing students. This role requires a blend of marketing expertise and recruitment experience, with a focus on promoting NWACC, building a strong applicant pipeline, and ensuring a seamless recruitment process.

This is a Grant Funded Provisional Position.

Essential Duties

Develop and Execute Recruitment Marketing Strategies

  1. Create and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract nursing talent.
  2. Utilize various channels, including social media, job boards, email marketing, and industry events, to reach potential students.
  3. Working with the NWACC Marketing Department, design and produce engaging content, such as blog posts, videos, and infographics, to highlight the NWACC nursing program and job opportunities.

Talent Sourcing and Outreach

  1. Build and maintain relationships with high schools, professional organizations, and other relevant institutions.
  2. Attend and represent the NWACC at career fairs, conferences, and other industry events.

Employer Branding

  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the NWACC brand and online nursing presence.

Administrative Duties

  1. Monitor and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
  2. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing and nursing education recruitment.
  3. Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.
  4. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  5. Assist the nursing director and dean of health professions in recruitment-related tasks as needed.

Rate of Pay: $45,000 annualized

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  1. Should be able to work effectively with employees and all levels of leadership within the institution.
  2. Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and HRIS systems.
  3. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who takes accountability for performance while requiring minimal supervision.
  4. Must be able to handle highly confidential material efficiently and effectively.
  5. Must possess strong time management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to build relationships with individuals and teams across the institution and campus.
  7. Ability to analyze information and recommend appropriate action.
  8. Knowledge of planning, research, and analysis techniques and procedures.
  9. Knowledge of department operations, policies, and procedures.
  10. Ability to conduct research and perform quantitative quality assurance reviews.
  11. Ability to research, prepare, and present comprehensive written and oral reports.
  12. Ability to organize and conduct meetings and workshops.
  13. Knowledge of state and federal personnel laws, policies, and procedures.
  14. Must be able to report clear, concise, and accurate ad-hoc reports to all levels of leadership.

Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare or nursing industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the nursing industry.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in using social media platforms and other online recruitment tools.
  6. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns.
  7. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  9. Additional requirements determined by the agency for recruiting purposes require review and approval by the Arkansas Division of Higher Education.
