MARKETING PROJECT

Bachelor's Degree from any major from a reputable university.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing project management or similar role.

Strong project management skills, including the ability to create and execute detailed project plans.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.

Solid understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and performance analysis.

Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Willing to be placed at Slipi, Jakarta Barat.

Jobs and Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the field of interior design, achieving the sales target set forth by the company.

Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential clients.

Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to find and generate leads, including property developers, architects, and designers.

Conduct presentations to showcase our portfolio and capabilities.

Liaise between clients and the interior design team to ensure clear communication and understanding of project requirements.

Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. Execute additional responsibilities associated with prompt invoicing, delivering presentations to real estate developers, and conducting project outreach.

Contribute to the development of brand awareness by developing marketing materials and establishing a robust online presence.

Make daily reports, project documentation, and monthly reports.

Summarize daily activities, including insights and feedback following visits to designers, architects, and property developers.
