PT Cemarne Balicasa Theecolodge is a Foreign Investor Company located in Bali, specializing in Consultant Services, and is seeking a highly qualified and motivated candidate to join our team in Marketing & Operations Service.

We are looking for a professional with a passion for hospitality, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to support our growing business.

General Requirement:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or Management from a reputable university
2. Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospitality Marketing & Operations
3. Proficient in both verbal and written English
4. Mature, confident, highly motivated, accurate, with excellent communication
5. Full-time work and based in Bali

Skills Requirement:

1. Ability to develop effective marketing and villa operation plans aligned with current trends and business objectives
2. Ensure consistent service quality and seek continuous improvements in operational efficiency
3. Familiar with online marketing tools and OTA platforms, with the ability to strategize for effective property promotion
4. Proficient in customer relationship management to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
5. Able to collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational capabilities
