PT ALUMINUM SOLUTION HYUNDAI is seeking a talented and driven Staff Marketing Formwork, Facade, Aluminum Bar to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in driving the marketing and promotion of our innovative formwork, facade, and aluminum bar products to both existing and potential customers.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our formwork, facade, and aluminum bar products.
• Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and translate this into targeted marketing campaigns.
• Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Manage and coordinate marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and use this information to inform our marketing approach.
• Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
• Proficient in using marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
• Proactive, driven, and adaptable, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Relevant degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
