On behalf of our clients, a Retail company that is currently looking for Marketing Manager position. This role will be responsible for managing the entire marketing activities both online and offline.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our customer base.
Create and execute 360 marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, email, content marketing, public relations, events, etc.).
Lead and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to achieve individual and team targets.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to foster business opportunities and collaborations.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product development and marketing strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media campaigns, and advertising, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity.
Manage digital marketing channels, including social media platforms, website optimization, SEO and SEM, to enhance brand visibility and generate quality leads.
Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, ROI, and provide regular reports and analysis to the management team, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer preferences to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as back office support and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experiences and satisfaction throughout the sales and marketing process.
Manage budget across all channels and deliverables
Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other marketing partners.
Monitor and manage the company's brand reputation online and offline.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in sales and marketing would be advantageous.
Have minimum 5 years of working experience in the marketing field.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Sales Manager / Product Manager, preferably in the international fashion lifestyle industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving marketing initiatives.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving ambitious sales and marketing goals.
In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and techniques, with a focus on the fashion lifestyle sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
