MARKETING MANAGER (FMCG & SKINCARE)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for ATL, BTL and Digital.
• Present ideas to management for the marketing strategy which include marketing programs, strategies, budgets, etc.
• Communicating effectively with team members and internal clients to set expectations, advance projects, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage all relevant communication channels including but not limited to digital channels, social media, displays, and printed channels.
• Lead Marketing team.
• Responsible for organizing regular reviews after the new product project launch, jointly with the sales and marketing team to track the achievement of the goal and conclude the effective experience.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position (FMCG Cosmetic Manufacture/Skincare/Personal Care).
• Good communication, Creative Thinking & Analytical Skills.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
• Detail-oriented and able to execute plans.
• Willing to be placed in Green Lake City - Tangerang.
